Hybrid Structure
The client can also choose to have a combination of dedicated FTE and on-demand engagement model to meet the regular flow of request as well as seasonal or infrequent demand spikes. Avalon will provide trained contingency staffing at short notice to meet such demand spikes.
Irrespective of the model you choose, Avalon will offer a one stop client management structure and well defined escalation mechanism consisting of an experienced Engagement Manager or a Project Manager to handle communication, delivery, quality control, team management etc.
