Across his career, Raj has been known as a thought leader and pioneer in the use of innovation to create competitive advantage. Raj has conceptualised and promoted Ugam Solutions, a market research outsourcing company that is now counted amongst the largest and most profitable in its space in the world.

Some of his major assignments include restructuring the sales and distribution of India's largest salt brand, developing a strategy to increase share of wallet among customers of agri-inputs and simultaneously enhance loyalty, strategy for entry into the fresh produce business and growth strategy for a submersible pumps manufacturer. He is currently a member of the agri-business subcommittee of the Confederation of Indian Industries.

Sridhar has built lasting relationships with clients through successful engagements such as transforming the after-market spare parts strategy of India's second largest commercial vehicle manufacturer to deliver a 25% growth in revenue and profits. Sridhar has also done extensive work evaluating the relative economics of businesses across the two hottest emerging markets - India and China - for a number of Indian entities.
