Dedicated Full Time Equivalency (FTE): The India offshore team will function as the extended team member of the client on a dedicated basis. Though outsourced, this model provides business continuity, knowledge retention, confidentiality and transparency and at the same time extends full operational control over the dedicated team in India. This model is opted for by the clients whose nature of work is proprietary and confidential, volume of work is high and regular in frequency.

Shared Services On-Demand: The client can choose to use the shared services team to meet the ad-hoc or one off service requests.

Project Basis: The client can also choose to have a dedicated team for a time-bound customized research project. The duration for such engagements is usually longer than one-off requests but shorter than the long term FTE contract.

Hybrid Structure: The client can also choose to have a combination of dedicated FTE and on-demand engagement model to meet the regular flow of request as well as seasonal or infrequent demand spikes. Avalon will provide trained contingency staffing at short notice to meet such demand spikes.

Irrespective of the model you choose, Avalon will offer a one stop client management structure and well defined escalation mechanism consisting of an experienced Engagement Manager or a Project Manager to handle communication, delivery, quality control, team management etc.
