Prior to AGR, Radhakrishnan co-founded Netscribes India, a research process outsourcing firm. As Vice President of the firm, he played a key role in the conceptualization of business plan, setting up and scaling up of operations. He was instrumental in product development, quality management systems and cost control initiatives.

As a strategy consultant in the Avalon Group, Rishikesh has led over fifty assignments in areas like sales & distribution, customer service, change management, strategic planning, business process improvement and research.
Prior to Avalon Global Research, Rishikesh held the position of Director – Business Development & Transition at Nirvana, a BPO offering voice and back office services to leading companies in the airline, telecom, BFSI, utility, market research and technology sector.
