Retainership: The client can choose to pay a fixed amount per month for pre agreed service and ad hoc research requests. However, the analyst performing the function will not be dedicated to specific client. This model is usually opted for by the clients who have regular monitoring services to be rendered. The client can also choose to bundle two or three types of services to be rendered by Avalon in return for a fixed payment.

FTE: Under this model, the client can choose to pay a fully loaded price to have a dedicated team at the offshore location. The volume of work to be off shored to the dedicated team and the expected operational efficiency can be driven by service level agreements.

Delivery Basis: In case the volume or frequency of work is not predictable, the client can choose to pay per delivery or report as the case may be. The client pays for what he gets and there is no worry of any hidden cost or efficiency related concern.

Project: For engagements designed on the lines of one off projects as mentioned in the section above, the client can choose to pay a lump sum amount for the turnkey assignment.

Man Hour: The clients can also use the services of our research team, and pay by the hour depending on the skill level and experience of the resources. This model is usually followed in the case of well defined deliverables or in the case of utilization of skilled resources for fulfillment of part of the research process where the effort is not possible to determine.
