Sridhar has been
working with clients in India and the Middle East on
strategy and performance related engagements across
a wide spectrum of manufacturing and service
businesses, with particular focus on automotive and
components, life sciences, chemicals and financial
services. He has extensive experience in franchising
model development and management – developed and
implemented growth strategies through franchising
across industries. He has built lasting
relationships with clients through successful
engagements that have delivered substantial value,
among them a 25% revenue and profit growth from
transforming the after market spare parts strategy
of India’s second largest commercial vehicle
manufacturer. Sridhar has also done extensive work
evaluating the relative economics of businesses
across the two hottest emerging markets – India and
China – for a number of Indian entities.
Sridhar has his degree in Science (Chemistry) from
the Mumbai University followed by a Management
degree from Jamnalal Bajaj
