Job Responsibilities :

  • Front Office Manning, Upkeep & Management, Impeccable Facility Management & Infrastructure Support
  • Petty Cash, Stationary, Asset & Inventory Management
  • Accurate maintenance & Renewal of Vendor Contracts & AMC’s, Vendor / Visitor / External Management
  • Secretarial support to leadership team as and when required
  • Mediclaim Update: Managing Mediclaim Data of all employees.
  • MoM Updates: Taking minutes at various management meetings & typing up minutes. Diary management – outlook experience essential.
  • Booking meetings/appointments: Business travel – booking flights and hotels.
  • Maintaining MD’s travel loglMaintaining MD’s plannerlFielding calls for MD & taking messageslCo-ordinate with HR to schedule candidate’s interview with MDlOrganizing corporate & staff events according to MD instruction

Technical & essential Skills: – Experience of working for Directors/Senior ManagementlExcellent Diary Management with the abilitylEssential experience in Microsoft Office- Outlook/Word/Excel/Power point

Interpersonal Skills: – Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively and be proactivelExcellent Organisational skillslCommunication skillslSelf-motivated
