Job Responsibilities

Responsible for leading and managing the team to drive daily task, ensure best in class quality and outcome thereby oversee day-to-day operations

Monitor and manage team’s performance. Must meet and exceed targets

Hands-on approach to develop, coach, train and induct team members to set performance standards

Review and qualify leads generated by the team

Initiate and implement action plans to improve bottom quartile performance

Handle day-to-day employee and customer relationship management & client escalations

Nature of work

Understand client’s requirements/criteria to identify suitable partners across the globe

Create required marketing material for the opportunity – Opportunity post, Email template, Pitch script

Approach suitable partners, check criteria, qualify partners and gauge interest

Conduct virtual meetings in order to facilitate first interaction between the client and prospect. Interact with mid to senior level officials

Establish and maintain relationships with partners and GVaant clients by providing support, information, and guidance for potential tie-ups

Achieving monthly / quarterly internal targets for operational closures that can contribute to GVaant’s growth
