Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and managing the team to drive daily task, ensure best in class quality and outcome thereby oversee day-to-day operations
  •  Monitor and manage team’s performance. Must meet and exceed targets
  • Hands-on approach to develop, coach, train and induct team members to set performance standards
  • Review and qualify leads generated by the team
  • Initiate and implement action plans to improve bottom quartile performance
  • Handle day-to-day employee and customer relationship management & client escalations

2. Nature of work

  • Understand client’s requirements/criteria to identify suitable partners across the globe
  • Create required marketing material for the opportunity – Opportunity post, Email template, Pitch script
  • Approach suitable partners, check criteria, qualify partners and gauge interest
  • Conduct virtual meetings in order to facilitate first interaction between the client and prospect. Interact with mid to senior level officials
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and GVaant clients by providing support, information, and guidance for potential tie-ups
  • Achieving monthly / quarterly internal targets for operational closures that can contribute to GVaant’s growth

4. Qualification:

  • Any Graduate (BMS, BMM, BA, BCOM, BSc etc.). 60% and above in SSC & HSC/Diploma or equivalent

5. Experience:

  • Min. 5 (& above) years of experience in operations process, with prior experience of managing teams. Experience in international market would be an add-on.
  • Prior work experience from – KPOs, BPOs, Brokerage houses, Event / Trade exhibition Companies, Online Trade Directories, Information aggregation services, B2B Database, Dealers, Distributors, etc.

6. Reporting Level: Director – Operations & Business Development

7. Salary: Best in the industry. Apart from a fixed salary, will offer incentives based on an attractive incentive structure
